29-11-2018 Antillen Princess Beatrix on the 1st day of the 3 day visit to the island Bonaire.
She visits the island at the invitation of the National Parks Bonaire Foundation (STINAPA Bonaire), a non-governmental organization that is responsible for the management of the national parks on Bonaire.
STINAPA is a member of the Dutch Caribbean Nature Alliance (DCNA), of which Princess Beatrix is patroness.
Princess Beatrix visited the head office of STINAPA
Princess Beatrix, as patron of the Dutch Committee UNICEF, visited the Strea Briante School.
This school is the winner of the first Caribbean UNICEF Children's Rights Film Festival. This festival was created to make children in the Caribbean Netherlands aware of their rights in an active and creative way.
